By visiting buyrc.in and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Replacement Policy. BuyRC operates as an ecommerce reseller of remote-control products sourced through its supply partners.
Because items may require sourcing and order processing before courier handoff, shipping and delivery may take 10 to 12 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery estimates are subject to stock confirmation, courier network speeds and regional logistics delays.
We enforce a strict No Monetary Refund Policy. All sales are final and monetary/cash refunds are not offered. If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer is eligible for a replacement unit within 3 days of delivery.
Customer Return Requirement: To receive a replacement, the customer must send/ship the damaged product back to our designated warehouse facility at their address for inspection and verification.
Buy RC sells hobby-grade remote control vehicles capable of high speeds (18km/h to 75km/h+). These are performance machines, not basic toys. They must be operated responsibly in open spaces away from roads, pedestrians, and pets. Adult supervision is required for minors under 14 years of age.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge full responsibility for safe operation and maintenance. Buy RC is not liable for personal injury or collateral property damage resulting from vehicle operation or misuse.
All prices listed on buyrc.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. Online payments are processed through PayU using the methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing or stock-allocation errors.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
