Shipping Policy

1. Reseller Fulfillment & Processing

BuyRC operates as an ecommerce reseller sourcing remote-control products through domestic and international supply partners. Orders are processed after availability is confirmed for the selected product.

2. Delivery Timeline (10–12 Business Days)

Due to specialized sourcing and custom quality-assurance checks, total shipping and delivery time across India is 10 to 12 business days from the date of order confirmation.

• Order Processing & Sourcing: 2 to 4 business days.
• Transit & Courier Delivery: 6 to 8 business days depending on your delivery pin code.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: Free shipping across India on all eligible orders over ₹1,999.
• Standard Flat Rate: Flat fee of ₹99 for orders below ₹1,999.

4. Real-Time Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and handed off to our courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, ExpressBees), you will receive an automated WhatsApp and email notification containing your tracking number and direct live tracking link.

5. Damaged Shipments & Product Returns

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please record a clear unboxing video within 3 days of delivery. To process a 3-day replacement, the customer must send/ship the damaged unit back to our facility for inspection. Note that monetary refunds are not provided.
