Your details are used strictly to fulfill orders, process 3-day product replacements, communicate tracking updates for the 10–12 business day shipping window, and provide customer support via WhatsApp or email. Marketing updates are sent only if you explicitly opt-in.
We do not sell, trade, or rent customer data. We share necessary shipping and contact details only with delivery partners and payment-processing data with PayU as required to process and fulfil an order.
